Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the United States from this website via USPS Priority Mail which is a 1-3 business day transit time. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days and all customers are notified when their order is received and when it is shipped via email confirmation. Tracking info is also provided with every order.
Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once items leave our possession and tracking info is sent, the carrier is then responsible for getting them to your door. The carrier sends a "delivered" update when the package is delivered/scanned. This triggers an email and is not generated by Providential Co. If your item(s) have not arrived when the automated response is sent, the first step would be to contact your local carrier. Our capabilities beyond tracking packages with the same information are very limited. We all rely on the carriers to do their part.
If you have a larger volume order in mind or need your items faster than fast, contact us for arrangements.
We do not offer shipping outside of the U.S.A. at this time.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your order, but if something is amiss we want to make it right. We will gladly accept exchanges or returns of arrival condition merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returns are refunded within two weeks of receipt of the items in their original condition, in the same packaging in which they were sent.
