Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the United States from this website via USPS Priority Mail which is a 1-3 business day transit time. We also offer FedEx Ground and Home Delivery options on checkout. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days and all customers are notified when their order is received and when it is shipped via email confirmation. Tracking info is also provided with every order. Your shipping cost is calculated in real time from each carrier. We do not set the shipping costs.
Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once items leave our possession and tracking info is sent, the carrier is then responsible for getting them to your door. The carrier sends a "delivered" update when the package is delivered/scanned. This triggers an email and is not generated by Providential Co. If your item(s) have not arrived when the automated response is sent, the first step would be to contact your local carrier. Our capabilities beyond tracking packages with the same information are very limited. We all rely on the carriers to do their part.
Please note: Providential Co. packs candles with care and takes measures to protect the quality of the product, however we cannot be liable for heat damage incurred during shipment. If you choose to order during hot times of the year, we will place a plastic seal over the top of your candle. Please take care to remove it with the candle in an upright position in case there is any surface melt.

Exchanges & Returns
